Because our background is different our processes are different and thus, so are our results. With 20 years of experience as IT recruiters to companies both large and small, we learned what it takes to insure that you bring the right person onto your team. - Leadership Advisory Services Working with you to address the 4 Principals of Hiring Effective Educators we help you define specifically who you need to hire based upon the 4 Essential Evaluation Criteria that we have established.
- Workshops We understand the value of spaced repetitions in being able to implement a new concept. All workshops - 1 day, on site - are then followed by a series of web based, job embedded -1 hour per week- topic specific trainings to insure a successful implementation.

Pro-Active Outsource Recruiting If you are looking to cut cost while retaining the most effective educator this might be the solution for you. For schools in turnaround status, small districts and/or districts with specific hard to find hiring needs. Our current data base of teachers now tops 11,000.
